Known worldwide as the muscular image behind Body by Jake, Jake Steinfeld is the founder and CEO of Body by Jake Enterprises, a multimillion-dollar business that includes a television network (FiT TV), a national magazine, and fitness products. But PowerLiving by Jake is not a book about physical fitness. It is an encouraging, informative, step-by-step guide to a happier and more successful life. Now, for the first time, Jake shares his life-changing lessons of success. Beginning with fostering self-confidence and the belief in one's ability to change, he shows the way to developing the traits, drive, and commitment essential to achievement. Jake's PowerLiving lessons include instruction on self-awareness, goal setting, banishing negative thought patterns and behavior, finding a mentor, making decisions and taking risks, and much more. Readers are given the responsibility of devising their own success story, based on their own dreams and goals. Moreover, Jake presents these concrete, real-life methods for personal growth and change in an inspiring, down-to-earth, and accessible style. Often humorous, always entertaining, Jake relates the remarkable stories of his own setbacks and achievements as well as the lessons to be learned from the mistakes and triumphs of his famous clients. …
