The Power of No
Reclaiming Boundaries, Safety, and Your Voice Through the RIFRA Method
Are you exhausted from saying yes when you mean no?
You’re capable, successful, and dependable.
But behind the scenes, you’re overextended, overwhelmed, and quietly resentful.
You know you need boundaries.
But when the moment comes, you freeze… second-guess yourself… or say yes anyway.
This isn’t a willpower problem.
It’s a nervous system problem.
The Power of No shows you why saying no feels unsafe—and how to change it at the root.
Licensed therapist Tanya Dantus, LMFT, introduces the RIFRA Method, a practical, body-based framework to help you:
Drawing from neuroscience, somatic psychology, and feminist insight, this book explains why your body overrides your best intentions—and gives you a clear path to change it.
You’ll also learn about Modern Detachment Syndrome—the hidden pattern that keeps high-functioning women disconnected from their needs in order to stay safe.
Inside, you’ll discover:You don’t need more discipline.
You need a different way to feel safe.
This book will show you how.
