For readers with perimenopause looking to improve their health, manage their symptoms, and incorporate functional medicine into their routine, this guide is a comprehensive source of education and support. Led by Dr. Greg Mongeon, trusted healthcare provider and guide in the functional medicine space, readers will learn how to recognise their symptoms, heal independently in conjunction with their primary care physician, and advocate for themselves when dealing with doctors. Dr. Greg delves into the deeper-rooted details of perimenopause, educating readers on how their hormones interact and change, what testing they should seek out, how to interpret it, and the "why" behind it all. Since Dr. Greg knows that one size does not fit all when it comes to health, the subject matter is accessible to anyone experiencing perimenopause, from patients in their late 20s to early 30s, all the way into their 50s.From the very first day of the healing journey to developing a plan for long-term success, this guide will provide the support and information readers need to be their own biggest advocate and heal to their fullest potential.…
