The book recommends stretching exercises and menus for training for each of these activities.
Being fit means having the capacity to enjoy life to its fullest, having the energy to set new limits for yourself, performing at new levels in all areas of your life: sports, the office, both with friends and at home with your partner. Use this book to train yourself, to develop a healthy body and a new satisfaction with life. The book includes the following sports:
- racquet sports
- jogging
- power walking
