Over decades the management consulting industry has done an effective job of deploying essentially the same methodologies. The presumption being that if it worked before, it could work again. And largely, that’s been true, but those methodologies are no longer as effective…
There is a need for genuine fresh thinking and innovation. And you’ll find that in the work of Michael McMaster and Adrian Brown.
The Stories From The Edge series brings us bang up to date with highly actionable advice that, when followed, is almost guaranteed to bring change to your organisation, whether an SME or a listed corporation. Even if this is not your world, it’s a fascinating book for anyone to read, as it lifts the lid on the way enterprises will be run in a world with new parameters. Parameters such as climate change, rising energy costs, new technologies etc. but above all, the increased need for engagement in the workplace and the changing cultures and practices driven by home-working and digital communications.
So The Power of Clean Leadership can rightly claim to be a ground-breaking book that revolutionises traditional approaches and offers transformative solutions to the challenges faced by organisations worldwide. Clean Leadership introduces an innovative concept that has the power to reshape and revitalise organisations of all sizes while addressing critical issues such as role retention, cost cutting, and fostering a stable, loyal workforce.
Clean Leadership sets out a revolutionary communication approach, identifying the distinct ways leaders speak and their words' profound impact on their teams. Using their combined seventy-plus years of experience and observation, the authors provide invaluable insights into establishing genuine engagement and driving organisational success. Clean Leadership sets a new standard, highlighting the importance of competence, integrity, and authentic engagement, while enabling leaders to increase Return on Invested Capital (RoIC).
Clean Leadership goes beyond conventional norms, emphasising integrity, clarity of vision, and authentic leadership. Delivering clear, honest communication throughout the organisation enables leaders to anchor a stable, loyal workforce and foster a culture that embraces fresh thinking. Moreover, Clean Leadership breaks down barriers, tackles elitist behaviour, and empowers leaders to uncover the unfiltered truth about their organisation, providing solutions to endless recurring meetings that reach tacit agreement but without action.
By emphasising integrity, authentic communication, and fresh thinking, Clean Leadership offers transformative solutions to the challenges faced by organisations today. By adopting Clean Leadership principles, leaders can drive organisational success, increase RoIC, and unlock the true potential of their organisation. Clean Leadership is poised to become a game-changer, providing tangible benefits and empowering leaders to navigate the complexities of modern leadership.
With over 40 years of expertise, Michael McMaster has dedicated his career to developing effective strategies that unleash individuals' true potential. Together with Adrian Brown, they reveal the key to unlocking genuine management intelligence within your organisation. Michael is a seasoned business owner, consultant, and prolific writer, along with Adrian, an expert with decades of experience in small and medium-sized businesses.
