A glimpse inside:
Allow
The more we
allow ourselves
to feel
what lives
deep inside,
the more familiar
it becomes to us,
giving us
the confidence
to express it
The more
what lives
deep inside
comes out
and finds
its way freely,
the better
it can heal
all that once
was broken
