Size of black and white photographic print (most likely produced from the negative by Cleveland, Ohio artistic & commercial photographer, R. C. Hakanson): 4 1/4" x 5 1/4", image size: 4 1/4" x 3 1/4". A photograph of a historical photograph of Winston Churchill speaking to a crowd, with early public address system; the wooden frame of the original photograph is visible in this photographic print. Approximate size of black & white negative: 4" x 4 3/4". The photographic print is attached with rubber cement to the back of a 4" x 6 1/2" brown paper clasp envelope, which contains the negative from which this image was printed. From the personal photographic file and collection of R. C. Hakanson. RCH file number on envelope: 770806 (=date: [19]77 / 8 / 6 ?); note in Hakanson's hand reads: "Cheshire Cheese Pic No 5". Photographic print shows some light yellowing, and has been varnished. Negative is uncreased & clean, and possibly, could still be printed by someone with access to the right equipment. This appears to be a photograph of the historical photograph, framed and hanging on a wall taken by R. C. Hakanson (at the Cheshire Cheese in London?). Scan shows the print & negative, but not the attached envelope. Sold as a photographic item. Seller Inventory # ABE-275419316
