A Sixty page foolscap proof manuscript for a magazine titled "Our Portfolio". This being Issue No.1. The manuscript is hardbound in green cloth gilt. 24 x 34 cms. Gilt very bright. The manuscript is dated July 1915 on the beautifully watercoloured Title Page (see image). This shows the Contents List above the legend "One of us ought to go, Dad!". Below the Contents List, it reads "Published by Golders Green Weslyan Methodist Literary And Debating Society at Church Hall. 1915". Contents is grouped under the headings "Art"., Literature"., and "Ourselves". Page 25 shows four original sepia tone photographs laid on, under the Heading "Peaceful Memories.Turning Points". The text of the contents is part manuscript, part typescript. More information on request with pleasure. This appears to be the Editor's personal copy, as the top board verso is inscribed in pencil "H.G.Taylor. 26 Wellsfield Way. Hampstead Garden Suberb. N.W". Presumably unpublished as we can find no trace in Public Holdings. Seller Inventory # 005120
