About the Author: Ann L. Cupp Curley, Ph.D., RN is the Nurse Research Specialist at Capital Health in Trenton, NJ, USA. In this capacity, she promotes and guides the development of nursing research and facilitates evidence-based practice. She has an extensive background in nursing education at the undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral levels.

Patty Vitale, MD, MPH, FAAP holds multiple appointments, including Assistant Professor of Pediatrics & Emergency Medicine at the Cooper Medical School of Rowan University, NJ, USA where she writes biostatistics and epidemiology curriculum for a 4 year scholar’s workshop course for medical students. She also is an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Rutgers School of Public Health, Department of Epidemiology where she teaches graduate level courses in epidemiology and public health informatics. She is a practicing Pediatric Emergency Medicine physician at Cooper University Hospital.
