"Ponies are Good for Dads" is a heartwarming children's story that captures the magic of a father-daughter relationship blossoming through their shared love for ponies. Designed for children aged 5 to 9, this beautifully illustrated book not only entertains but also encourages fathers to engage in their daughters' passions to forge deeper connections.

Meet Daisy, an energetic young girl who dreams of having her own pony. She loves everything about ponies—riding them, caring for them, and imagining the adventures they would have together. However, her father, who has never been involved with ponies, is filled with doubts and concerns. He worries about her safety, the responsibilities that come with owning a pony, and the inevitable messes.

As Daisy envisions the joy of galloping and jumping, grooming with brushes, braids, and bows, and winning ribbons and trophies, her father is preoccupied with practical worries: what if she falls? Who will handle the clean-up? How will they manage the logistics of pony care? Despite his fears, he can’t ignore the happiness and excitement that light up Daisy’s face when she talks about ponies.

One magical night, while watching Daisy drift off to sleep, her father begins to see things from a new perspective. He imagines the joy and valuable life lessons that ponies could bring into Daisy’s life. He starts to appreciate her courage and strength, realizing that supporting her passion could bring them closer together. He envisions himself cheering her on, handling the challenges, and being an integral part of her pony-filled adventures.

"Ponies are Good for Dads" is more than just a story—it's a gentle reminder of the profound impact that fathers can have by actively participating in their children’s interests. It beautifully illustrates how, by embracing Daisy’s love for ponies, her father discovers new joys and creates lasting memories.

This touching narrative is perfect for bedtime reading, offering a heartwarming message about understanding and supporting our children’s dreams. "Ponies are Good for Dads" is a must-have addition to any child’s bookshelf, inspiring both children and parents to cherish and nurture their unique bonds. Through this enchanting tale, readers will learn that ponies are good for children. And ponies are good for dads too!
