This revised and enlarged edition brings the successful original volume of 1984 right up to date, taking into account the most recent developments. Each section begins with an introduction that provides the context for the following documents. There is no comparable volume of its kind available in English, and most documents have not previously been translated.

kilograms we will use the abe system to let you know. Postage will be then be
charged at cost, including insurance on items over £50 in value. All books
abroad will be shipped as so-called ¿priority¿, since surface, or as abe calls
it, ¿standard¿, is uninsurable, untrackable, slow, and not particularly cheaper
anymore. For larger sets we will obtain on-line shipping quotes. We charge just
what it costs, there is no packing charge. We use all recycled cardboard, and
pack each item individually and with care to fit the book.
