The Poetical Works of Eliza CookHardback, 1859, a new edition in one volume, published by Routledge, Warne and Routledge, London, 564 pages.Small volume. Patterned red cloth boards. Gilt lettering and detail to spine and gilt detail to front board. Fading to spine though title still visible but gilt detail not very clear. Gilt patterning to front board still quite clear. Several small tears to outer rear hinges. Boards are quite scuffed and somewhat marked but have retained much of their colour. Signs of rubbing and shelf-wear. Corners bumped and a little torn. Binding reasonably firm though inner hinges partially cracked. Page edges gilt, a bit scuffed but gilt coating still clear. Previous owner name and date to FFEP but otherwise page surfaces are quite clean, very slight tanning, odd marks here and there but no underlining, marginalia, etc. See pictures for further information. 564 pp. Seller Inventory # BIBLIO-070
