640pp. 8.5 x 5.5 inch. Text in Latin and Greek. Still tightly bound and interior in very nice clean condition with no deliberate marks. Gilt titling to ribbed leather spine, all edges gilt. Bound by Carss of Glasgow (note there was a binder's label in the identically bound Vol I but not in this vol.) Coming from the famous Portal collection at Laverstoke which was sold off in the 1990s it has been well preserved, it contains the armorial bookplate of Melville Portal (1819-1904). He was an MP, JP, and High Sheriff of Hampshire. Photos attached include pages 100-101 - as I have for each volume to give a better idea of internal condition. Sadly I only acquired 7 of the 11 vol set and only the vols listed are available. The last photo shows the 7 volumes originally available. Title roughly translates to "Plato and all that is either said to be Plato's or is usually accompanied by Platonic writings, all of them in Greek, revised from manuscripts and various readings from them.".
