The book is in fair condition, showing significant wear consistent with its age. The green hardcover has noticeable scuffing and edge wear, particularly at the corners and spine. There is no dust jacket present. The binding appears intact, though the cover shows signs of handling over the years. The pages are slightly yellowed, typical for a book of this vintage.
