Print on Demand. This book includes a proposal for a constitution to form the General Government of the Sovereign States of North and South America as a response to the American Civil War. The proposed constitution, written by the author and self-proclaimed sovereign of the Twin House Ranch in Solano County, California, aims to prevent future wars and establish a more just and equitable society through radical changes to the existing political system. The proposed constitution also includes provisions for the abolition of slavery, the protection of individual rights, and the creation of a more democratic and representative government. It is a fascinating and ambitious document that sheds light on the political and social climate of the United States during the Civil War. This book is a reproduction of an important historical work, digitally reconstructed using state-of-the-art technology to preserve the original format. In rare cases, an imperfection in the original, such as a blemish or missing page, may be replicated in the book.…
