Paperback. Setting Goals, Solving Problems, and Seeking Social SupportThis 36-page workbook will help you define what you want to achieve in life and develop an action plan to move toward your goals. This workbook will guide you through the process of creating a personal vision statement, setting short-term and long-term goals, and identifying the steps to achieve them. When we take ownership of something-an item, an idea or a goal, we are more committed to it. When you have a goal, share it with a friend. Those who sent weekly progress reports to their friend accomplished significantly more than those who had unwritten goals. This is a great book to use in groups or to track along with a coach.According to a study done by Gail Matthews at Dominican University, those who wrote down their goals accomplished significantly more than those who did not write down their goals. In fact, she found that you become 42% more likely to achieve your goals and dreams, simply by writing them down on a regular basis. This item is printed on demand.
