- Book 7 of 9: Aeva's Little Wonders
One evening, Aeva sits in the meadow painting the sunset - and as the very first stars appear, she makes a wish: if only she could walk among them. Pip wants to make her wish come true, so up, up, up he flies to catch a star... but the sky is far too big. Then, in the grass, a tiny firefly with a fading little light shares a secret: the night is never as empty as it looks - it's full of hidden wonder, if you'll only wait, and watch. And when she calls, a thousand fireflies rise from the meadow, until the whole world glows like a sky full of stars, and Aeva's wish comes true after all.
Pip and the Fading Firefly is the seventh book in Aeva's Little Wonders - a series of gentle, read-aloud picture books for ages 3-5, where every story grows one warm, big-hearted lesson. With a soothing rhythm, a soft sing-along song, and richly detailed art, it's a glowing story about wonder, awe, and how the most magical things appear when we slow down and let the dark come - making it a perfect bedtime read.
Inside you'll also find the parent-loved extras that make the series special: a real-animal facts page, a Wonder Checklist for the week, talk-about-it questions, and a QR code for a free printable coloring page.
A warm story about wonder - and how the night is never as empty as it looks. Ages 3-5 · A read-aloud bedtime picture book · Aeva's Little Wonders, Book 7.
