Hard cover, small format, (6"x9"), 240 pages, 150+ black & white photographs. The exciting story of Karl Baur, the chief test pilot for Messerschmitt during World War II. In addition to providing interesting biographical details of this colorful personality, the book provides an intimate look at innumerable aircraft during their testing stages before becoming the legends of aviation history.
