SHIPPING: We apologize for the rates listed for overseas shipping, but the Postal Service has discontinued surface mail for books, and our only option is now airmail. Also, please note: If a book is large or has a shipping weight of over 4 pounds, international costs can run twice what is listed for the default rates.
