Zustandsbeschreibung: leichte Lagerspuren/minor shelfwear. Wittgenstein's Visual Ethics. Edited by Ronja Tripp and Karsten Schoellner. This collection examines the role of imagery, symbolism and iconic practices in Wittgenstein's ethical thought, and thus contributes to the ongoing vital interest in Wittgensteinian ethics on the one hand, as well as to the recent debates on his notions in visual culture studies on the other. The ten papers combine these two fields of interest and provide fresh insight by approaching these issues from a philosophical as well as a media and cultural studies perspective. 202 Seiten mit vier Abb., broschiert (Königshausen & Neumann 2016). Statt EUR 19,80. Gewicht: 366 g - Softcover/Taschenbuch.
