A tight, solid G- copy in heavily soiled red and black covers. Corners gently bumped. Extremities lightly frayed and/or rubbed. Spine heavily sunned with some wrinkling. Rear cover heavily dampstained, not warped. Angel wings-shaped damp stain to top gutter on first 10 pages. Interior clean and exceptionally bright with no markings. Multiple pages of ads in front and rear heavily age-darkened. Maps and plans present and intact. Abundance of b&w photos. Early 1900s. 4th edition revised and re-illustrated.
