About this Item
Folio. 20 issues: January-December 1931, January-July, October -November 1932. Approximately 30 pages per issue. Profusely illustrated with sepia-tone photographs. Beautiful pictorial magazines of California and other areas of the Pacific (Oregon, Mexico, etc.), edited and pubished by Vivian Swarzwald. Features include deserts, mountains, sea, wildlife, parks, museums, major cities, missions, homes, railroads, etc. from the early 1930's. Some issues include Australia, Asia and other foreign lands. Ads for hotels at rear. The October 1932 issue features the Olympics of that year. The binding is worn with the leather rubbed or worn off at the edges with some splitting and fraying at tops and bottoms of spine. Some issues show slight wear and tiny tears, mostly to the first and last couple of pages at the bound edges near the hole punches. The magazine is housed in a brown leather binder with decorative stamping and gilt title on cover.Overall good to very good condition. Seller Inventory # 7805

USPS Media mail is typically $5 for a book of average weight. Priority mail varies, depending on whether USPS flat-rates are applicable and advantageous for the dimension, weight and distance.
International:
International First Class typically starts at $20. International Priority is typically $35 or less if under four pounds weight, and starts at $40 if over four pounds. International Express is a faster and more expensive option.
