those who had to rebuild themselves
in silence.
To the ones who prayed through confusion,
loved through loss,
and stayed standing
When walking away would have been easier.
To every soul who learned
that faith can bend without breaking,
that healing is not linear,
and that survival is a holy act.
To the memories that shaped me,
the people I carry with me,
and the ones I had to release
to become who I am now. And most importantly
I want to thank my best friend, my partner in this world we all call life
Cortez A Bone, you gave me purpose if it wasn't for you believing in me
and in my words, this book may have
never come to life, so thank you for that, and I love you dearly.
And I want to thank God
who met me in the wreckage,
walking with me through the breaking,
and taught me how to rise
without pretending I was never wounded.
This is for those
still picking up the pieces
and discovering
They are stronger than they ever knew.
