Paperback. 'Picasso' of Pain 1 is pulp fiction, pulp violence, adventure and excitement at its very best. In 'Picasso' of Pain, 'Retribution & Revenge', we quickly learn that our protagonist, James is 'complicated'. He harbours deep feelings and convictions of what is 'right' and what is 'wrong' and acts upon those events where a 'wrong' has been, or is about to be, committed. From the age of nine, when he kills his abusive and child-molesting father, to early adulthood this book takes you on a roller coaster ride of violence, bloodshed, and mayhem at levels seldom reached without the use of nuclear weapons. In this book we follow James as he skirts the dangerous borders of insanity. James is a 'high-functioning sociopath' and we watch his delicate dance with madness change step by step, from page to page, and chapter by chapter throughout his life.James is aided in his actions by a special 'gift', an ability to actually predict the future in the most explicit, exacting detail with uncanny accuracy. His predictions are more than visual, but tactile, virtual, and overpoweringly real experiences. His virtual clairvoyance has a name, it's called the 'Inner Eye'.Once James had 'righted a wrong' the other half of his 'gift' comes into play, allow him to experience and live a complete instant replay of the event down to the finest minutia. As football players watch films of games past to analyze their efforts, look for errors, weaknesses, and strengths . so it is with James, only his is a virtual reality experience. When we see James, either pre or post action, exercise his 'Inner Eye' we find ourselves asking, "Does James use The Inner Eye or does The Inner Eye use James? Who's in charge here?" Therein lays the real question. This item is printed on demand. Shipping may be from our UK warehouse or from our Australian or US warehouses, depending on stock availability.…
