Shipping within the U.S. is $3.50 per book (up to 2 pounds) via Media Mail or
$6.00 per book (up to 2 lbs.) via Priority Mail. Heavier books will have a
slightly higher shipping fee charged. California residents please include 8 1/4%
sales tax.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE POST OFFICE HAS STATED THAT DURING THE MONTHS LEADING UP TO
CHRISTMAS MEDIA MAIL SHIPMENTS MAY TAKEN SUBSTANTIALLY LONGER THAN NORM...
