En este mapa, el virreinato del Per� administra parte del actual Ecuador al norte, incluyendo Guayaquil y Cuenca, y una peque�a parte de Chile al sur, incluyendo Arica. Curiosamente, el Alto-Per�, la actual Bolivia, queda fuera de esta divisi�n administrativa. Lima aparece como "V[illa] Lima [de] Los Reyes", en referencia al nombre dado a la ciudad por su fundador, el conquistador espa�ol Francisco Pizarro. En la pura tradici�n de la cartograf�a holandesa, el mapa es muy decorativo, con sus monstruos marinos, barcos y rosa de los vientos. Se encuentra en excelente estado, tiene dimensiones de 39 x 49 cm y cuenta con texto en franc�s al verso. c.1650. LAT. Muy buen estado. Seller Inventory # 2796
