About the Authors:
Boitumelo Molebogeng Diale is a Professor and Dean of Education at Sol Plaatje University, Kimberley, South Africa. She is a registered Educational Psychologist with the Health Professions Council of South Africa and a certified Employee Wellness Practitioner. Her work advances career development across the lifespan through a life design orientation, with a strong emphasis on youth and neurodiverse populations. She currently serves as a Visiting Professor at the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, and previously co-coordinated the Centre for Neurodiversity at the University of Johannesburg, Soweto Campus, where she led community-focused initiatives supporting career transitions for individuals with neurodiverse needs.
Chiedu Eseadi is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Educational Psychology at the University of Johannesburg, South Africa.
