About the Author: Dr. Ravi Kumar Bhat was born in Kalusa village of District Bandipora, Jammu and Kashmir, India. He got his M.A, M.Phil, and Ph.D degrees in education from University of Kashmir, India. He has published number of articles and research papers. Presently he is working as Assistant Registrar Vice-Chancellors Secretariat, University of Kashmir,India.
