According to the World Health Organization, glaucoma is the second leading cause of blindness. However, over 3 million Americans have glaucoma, but only half are aware of it. High IOP (intraocular pressure) is one of the causes of optic nerve damage. Therefore, it is important to maintain normal eye pressure levels, commitment to regular office visits with your eye care professional and strict compliance in taking prescribed medication.
The Personal Wellness Journal is a stylish and practical 6 x 9-inch (15.24 x 22.86 cm) logbook journal that contains over 100 pages for recording relevant personal medical information. The content includes lined and semi-lined pages for jotting down notes, thoughts, questions, your concerns to discuss with your medical provider and even doodling. If you are in need of a way to monitor your eye pressure whether at the doctor's office or at home, this journal is for you.
Instead of trying to remember everything you hear or learn regarding your eye health issues, make notes and list your questions inside this versatile logbook journal. It is thoughtfully and beautifully designed for personal use or presentation as a memento, gift, or keepsake. Other page sections include space to record:
- Appointments
- Medications
