This workbook gives the reader a framework to reflect on several questions that are becoming increasingly important among the 21st-century leaders - how to create an authentic leadership style, how to define one's values, and how to align vision-values-career.Readers are given an extensive number of tools for defining their purpose, creating a plan and are being encouraged to take it into action. The core of the workbook is the development of a personal plan, namely "Leader's Journal", very similar to a "business plan" for a venture. Through various exercises, the readers will be able to identify career opportunities aligned with other personal objectives while addressing conflicting goals that appear often in demanding careers. The main target audience of this workbook is first time and mid-level managers, recent graduates and newly established entrepreneurs looking for tools to create a roadmap for their life and career planning.
