The pins and needles. The feet that feel wrapped in invisible rubber bands. The tingling that never fully goes away and the quiet fear that it is slowly getting worse. Maybe your doctor handed you a prescription and moved on. Maybe you heard the words that every neuropathy patient dreads most: you will just have to learn to live with it.
You do not have to accept that as the end of your story.
In Peripheral Neuropathy Simplified, Dr. Elena Marsh takes the confusing, jargon-heavy world of nerve damage and makes it finally make sense — in plain, warm language, the way a knowledgeable friend would explain it to you over the kitchen table. No fear. No false promises. Just honest answers and practical steps you can start using today.
You will learn what peripheral neuropathy actually is and why your feet and hands are almost always affected first. You will understand the real reasons behind the burning, the tingling, and the numbness — and why blaming it on age alone tells only a fraction of the story. You will discover the specific nutrients your nerves depend on to function and repair, the anti-inflammatory foods that create the internal environment healing requires, and the gentle daily movements that support your balance and lower your risk of falls. You will learn how to finally face the night without the burning taking over your sleep, how to talk to your doctor so you walk out of every appointment with real answers, and how to build a 90-day plan that gives your body the best possible conditions to respond.
This book is for you if you were recently diagnosed and feel overwhelmed by everything you are reading. It is for you if you have been managing nerve pain for years and are exhausted by dead ends. It is for you if you want natural, doable options to explore alongside your current care. And it is for you if you are caring for someone you love who is living with this condition every single day.
Peripheral neuropathy does not have to define your life
