nach der Bestellung gedruckt Neuware - Printed after ordering - The Perfect Round is a novel written by Frances Allen Ross and first published in 1904. The story revolves around the life of a young woman named Betty, who is a talented golfer. She is determined to become the best golfer in the world and is willing to do whatever it takes to achieve her dream.Betty's journey to success is not without its challenges. She faces opposition from her family, who believe that golf is a waste of time and that she should focus on more practical pursuits. She also faces discrimination from the male-dominated golfing world, who do not take her seriously as a competitor.Despite these obstacles, Betty perseveres and becomes a rising star in the golfing world. She meets and falls in love with a fellow golfer, but their relationship is threatened by their competitive natures and the pressures of the sport. The novel explores themes of gender roles, societal expectations, and the pursuit of success. It also provides a fascinating glimpse into the world of golf in the early 20th century.Overall, The Perfect Round is an engaging and inspiring read that will appeal to anyone who loves sports, romance, and stories of perseverance in the face of adversity. This scarce antiquarian book is a facsimile reprint of the old original and may contain some imperfections such as library marks and notations. Because we believe this work is culturally important, we have made it available as part of our commitment for protecting, preserving, and promoting the world's literature in affordable, high quality, modern editions, that are true to their original work.…
