Numerous concrete recommendations for action, checklists, practical examples, and metrics/KPIs enable quick implementation in one’s own practice. A special focus is also placed on the topics of New Work and hybrid/remote work. The book shows how current insights and trends can be integrated into the Employee Journey, thereby fostering strong employee loyalty and satisfaction.
