Fresh beginning.
This is the common feeling of the starters in the academy of Long River Golden-Gates, located in Shiranova, a fictional land and haven in America, where only the elites are welcome: from prominent families and secret millionaires or billionaires; from the sphere of fashionable folks, incomparable geniuses, controversial bloodlines and most of all: this is the territory of gender equality. This is the only place where the straight men, the homos and those in between can spread their own wings and be accepted who they are, although there are hidden exceptions. The stature of the building uniquely stands with its state-of-the-art technology. The gates are made of gold (as the name of the school suggests) and the walls are made of shimmering gems that manifest colorful enchantment and LGBT symbols. Each entrance of the classroom has a unique laser techno speaker called Mr. LASER that detects the incomers' physical condition, overall look and mood.
More than anything, there is only one dormitory for all-allowing each of them to strengthen their social skills and whatever is needed to be strengthened. There is no curfew, no fashion standards, and no prohibition when it comes to drinking. However, grades define your future. You may make your rules but things don't turn out manageable as they may seem.
Jane, a 5 feet and 5 inches tall lady belle from the Lady of Chastity Academy, entered and was wearing a black-leather blouse embossed with a caption: freak, synthetic leather jeans matched with black high-heeled shoes and completely accentuated with nude lipstick and nerdy eyeglasses, stood out from the throng and Mr. Laser greeted: "Felicity Jane Park, hello. Why does your gloom define what you're wearing right now?" "Whatever ... who needs your opinion?" Jane back fired and showed her peevishness. She came in and Mr. Laser continued, "I was just saying. I ... am just a computer."
Jane stood up and leaned on the wall observing the four corners besieged with new faces, judgmental eyes and some entertaining scenes. From left to right, she was trying to familiarize herself. The chatter was ear-deafening and she somehow hated the noise. Then something caught her attention: One lady belle was sitting with four studs around her. She's talking to them like they were hypnotized. She pointed her fingers anywhere and they were laughing out loud. Jane heard her exclaiming, "There was this stranger who kept following me, so I was like ... why are you obsessed with me?!"
Then the crowd went nuts while one guy was busy caressing her hair and the other guy was softly massaging her shoulders. Jane noticed her wearing a scarlet, skimpy lacey skirt designed by Vera Wang and a beaded see-through blouse that would show her cleavage. She accessorized herself with a cross silver necklace and her straight hair just flowed like a river. Jane couldn't help but feel some shades of annoyance.
"I wonder if she has the Trifecta of 3B's: Beauty, Boobs and Brains", Jane pondered.
Jane found a guy who was staring at her with gentleness. Well, they had something in common: thick eyeglasses. She motioned towards him and this guy quickly paved way to let her sit.

Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer you can withdraw from the contract in accordance with the following. Consumer means any natural person who is acting for purposes which are outside his trade, business, craft or profession.

Statutory right to withdraw
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good or the last lot or piece.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, electronically fill in and submit a clear statement on our website, under "My Purchases" in "My Account". We will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail) without delay.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).
We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to California Books, Fort Wayne, Indiana, U.S.A., without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- The delivery of newspapers, journals or magazines with the exception of subscription contracts; and
- The supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium (e.g. on a CD or DVD) if you accepted when you placed your order that we could start to deliver it, and that you could not withdraw once delivery had started.
