About this Item
Description:

Synopsis:
A jock, a child, a princess, a desperado for love, a trapped soul, and an artist make up the group that had chatted on the app People Like Me;) for about a year; they go by the Misfits. They decided that it was finally time to set aside the screens and meet face to face. Each teenager wants something completely different, yet the exact same.
They have one weekend to do anything they please and no rules. Well, maybe guidelines. From the sun in Santa Monica to wild nights at a Mexican Club, each teen reminisces about past memories while creating new ones. Even with the struggles they face like dreaming too much, never being loved, past struggles with disorders, or the pressure of our society, they each seem to find something in each other that none of them ever thought was possible before they found people like them.
When all is said and done, the group of oddballs that formed an unintentional bond, all thanks to an app, had a weekend they were not prepared for. But more importantly– none of them were prepared for the goodbye.
