- Book 17 of 26: Dr. Tremper Health Books
Most men will go their entire lives never having this conversation.
Not with their doctor. Not with their father. Not with their closest friend. And definitely not with themselves.
They will ignore the warning signs. Brush off the changes. Convince themselves everything is fine — right up until the moment it is not.
This book is the conversation nobody had with you. And it might be the most important thing you read this year.
Here is the truth nobody tells young men:
Your sexual health is not just about what happens in the bedroom. It is a direct reflection of what is happening inside your entire body — your heart, your hormones, your nervous system, your mental state. When something goes wrong down there, your body is not just sending you a message about sex. It is sending you a message about your life.
And most men miss it completely.
Who needs to read this?
If you are a man between 18 and 35 — this was written for you. Not for the man who is already in crisis. For the man who still has time to get ahead of it. The man who wants to understand his body before his body forces him to. The man who has questions he has never felt comfortable asking out loud.
This book asks them for you. And answers them plainly.
What is waiting inside these pages?
Across ten eye-opening chapters, you will discover why erectile dysfunction can predict a heart attack years before it happens, the dangerous DIY methods quietly destroying young men's sexual health from the inside out, what your nighttime erections are actually doing for your body while you sleep, the one lifestyle habit that will damage your erections faster than almost anything else, how performance anxiety creates a cycle most men do not even realize they are trapped in, the small daily habits — a laptop, a phone, a steam room — that are affecting your fertility right now, and what "use it or lose it" actually means biologically and why it should matter to every man reading this.
Why does this book exist?
Because the information men need to protect their sexual health has always been available — buried in medical journals, locked inside urology consultations, spoken in clinical language that never quite reaches the people who need it most. This book takes everything that urologists know and wish their patients understood earlier and delivers it in language that is honest, direct, and actually useful.
No scare tactics. No miracle cures. No fluff. Just real knowledge that changes how you see your body and what you do about it.
When is the right time to read this?
Before something goes wrong. Right now. Today. While the habits you are building still have time to shape the next twenty years of your health rather than haunt them.
The men who wish they had this information are the ones sitting in waiting rooms wondering why they waited so long. You are not that man yet.
Do not become him.
If you have ever had a question, you were too embarrassed to ask, ever noticed something and hoped it would go away, ever wondered whether what you are doing is quietly costing you more than you realize — this book was written for that moment.
Scroll up. Hit the button. Your future self will thank you for it.

Store description
**Please note our transit times are from the date of dispatch.** We first started out as “The Paperback Exchange,” a chain of physical bookstores where we would part exchange your beloved books for new stories to transport you to faraway places. However, as shopping started to evolve to online shops and marketplaces, we bid our stores goodbye to become “PBShop.” This transition has only allowed us to blossom as we now ship thousands of titles to book lovers across the globe. We pride ourselves in being a community of local book lovers which allows our passion and devotion to shine in everything we do. In 2020 we not only celebrated our 20th birthday but our 1st birthday as being completely employee owned after becoming an E.O.T in September 2019. We are proud to be different and embrace standing apart on a book mountain by working from a virtual inventory which allows us to provide thousands of books that may be difficult to get for your bookshelf or your studies. Working with a number of different suppliers allows us to explore other avenues such as puzzles, sheet music and even stationery so we really do have something for everyone. Life is about being versatile in all realms of existence. If this is your first purchase with us, or you are a returning customer, we would like to welcome you to the PBShop family, for there is no friend as loyal as a book. We are a company who put our customers at the centre of everything we do as we understand the importance of reading because once you learn to read, you will forever be free. There are a whole lot of things in this world of ours that we are yet to explore, which is why we will forever inspire curious minds.…
