Review
From the reviews:
"This book presents ... an overview of all the present pediatric ENT, many chapters are in fact an excellent update on major issues. ... The book is well written. The presentation is very clear and very ‘reader friendly’. The quality of the illustrations is excellent. ... this is certainly an excellent update on physiology and the last developments in assessments and treatments of pediatric pathology." (M. Remacle, European Archives of Oto-Rhino-Laryngology, Vol. 265 (5), 2008)
"This book provides concise, easy to reference overviews of pathological conditions and clinical pearls on a comprehensive list of pediatric otolaryngological topics. ... This book is intended for residents, fellows, audiologists, and attendings at all levels. ... Each topic has a concise synopsis and the book has an excellent index for reference. This is a welcome addition to the body of pediatric ENT literature." (Brian Kip Reilly, Doody’s Review Services, January, 2009)
“The book aimed to fill the perceived gap for a paediatric ENT textbook. ... this book was intended to have international appeal. ... The textbook encompasses many aspects of paediatric otolaryngology, including a number of chapters focussing on paediatric medicine relevant to ENT. ... ideal for trainees, especially around exam time. Consultants with any paediatric aspect to their practice would find it a useful reference. ... I own the hardback version of the book, and felt that this represented value ... is an excellent purchase.” (S. Powell, The Journal of Laryngology & Otology, Vol. 124, 2010)
