This bilingual book offers the poems of Tommy Gee, which were written in Tang and Song styles. For each poem, simplified Chinese and English translations are provided. The book is designed for those who are interested in Chinese culture and want to read and understand classical Chinese poetry.

Tommy Gee grew up in China. He graduated from Zhu Hai College where he majored in Chinese Literature. He came to the United States in 1963. Over the past fifty years he has written more than one thousand poems. Many have been published in several renowned poetry collections in China. His "Pearl River Collection" was first published in the United States in 1984 with a second edition in 2001. Tommy Teaches classes in Tang and Song style poetry at the Chinese-American Fine Arts Society, 25 Edinboro Street, Boston, Mass. Nancy Lamb Fray has been studying Calligraphy under the tutelage of Mike Mei at the Chinese-American Fine Arts Society for the past five years. Her art work has been displayed in several Art Shows in Boston and New York. She is currently studying Mandarin.
