In this new book, author John Kuypers shows how Jesus' teaching in the gospel of Matthew can revolutionize our relationships and our approach to the issues that trouble us. If we stop and get rid of the log in our own eye first, we will reach a place of peace even before we know how to deal with the speck in our neighbor's eye. And in that place of peace, the Holy Spirit can reveal what needs to be done to resolve things.

John Kuypers is a seasoned author, business executive and leadership coach. Following a stress-related blackout in his mid-30s, John began a personal journey to overcome the causes of his carefully hidden anxiety, overly-analytical mind and deeply-repressed feelings. He left a lucrative career, crashed his marriage and began over. A life-changing moment led him to stumble onto the root cause his obsessive focus on living for the future, not the present. Following that tiny thread led him back to his Christian Catholic roots and Jesus remarkable teaching on not judging as a means to affecting others while enjoying constantly growing peace, compassion and closeness to the Spirit.
