Shipping terms
Shipping costs are based on books weighing a maximum of 2.2 pounds, or 1
kilogram. This will be what you have been quoted. If the book is over 1.2
kilograms we will use the abe system to let you know. Postage will be then be
charged at cost, including insurance on items over £50 in value. All books
abroad will be shipped as so-called ¿priority¿, since surface, or as abe calls
it, ¿standard¿, is uninsurable, untrackable, slow, and not particularly cheaper
anymore. For larger sets we will obtain on-line shipping quotes. We charge just
what it costs, there is no packing charge. We use all recycled cardboard, and
pack each item individually and with care to fit the book.
