Australian content includes 'A South Pacific Vessel' p15; 'The Lyre Bird of New Holland', p27. A marvelous illustration and description of monkeys gathering tea, p93, also includes a story on Major General Israel Putnam of Revolutionary War renown, and his battle with wolves at his Connecticut farm, with an illustration entitled 'Putnam and the Wolf - An Old Story in a New Dress' at p21-22; the art of glass blowing pp 70; articles on China and a wood block of a junk, and letter about a China shop.
