Putnams Sons of New York - with no real printing information given on title page or copyright page - but with the 1970 copyright shown on the copyright page and the unclipped price on the dust wrapper showing a - $27.50 price until January 1, 1971 - and then the $30.00 price beyond. This book is in beautifully spectacular condition with the purple cloth covers - with green titling on front panel and spine - in all but New condition - with the corners sharp and unworn. The interior text pages are again virtually As New - with the tipped-in plates spectacular in their color and size - and with just the slightest hint of age toning to the edges of the heavy paper used for the text pages. The dust wrapper does show shelf wear and is in at least very good condition - with some crinkling and striations shown to the edges and front and back panels - and with one one-inch closed tear to the back panel. 184 pages.
