Neuware - Parental Rights in Peril details the many reasons parental rights - one of the most basic of natural rights grounded in the very relationship of parents and their children - have come under considerable attack in recent times. The contributors to this volume lay out the different areas and ways in which those attacks have occurred and what has led to them. Their exploring of the nature and seriousness of the problem is a prerequisite to knowing how to respond to the attacks and restoring respect for the natural rights of parents. Many contributors also lay the groundwork for proposals to correct current public policies and practices. Upholding these rights is crucial for the well-being of the family and society. Contributors to this volume are: George Ash, Allan C. Carlson, Michelle Cretella, Michael P. Donnelly, Patrick Fagan, Michael Farris, Allsion Folmar, Mary Rice Hasson, Anne Hendershott, Chuck Kokiko, Stephen M. Krason, Patrick Lee, James R. Mason, Cathy Ruse.
