Book is in pristine condition - probably bought and stored. Would make a wonderful gift. Consists of pop-up, pull-out, and press-out sections on folded pages; pockets at back contain 2 brass dowsing rods, 1 rock crystal, 1 model for assembly, picture cards, and 1 booklet (30 p. ) "the book is beautiful. Ron Van der Meer specialises in what are known as "pop-up books" but this is a totally inadequate description. His wonderful three-dimensional paper sculptures leap out of the page and amaze the reader with their beauty and complexity. Regardless of context, they are astounding and stunningly effective." [paul taylor] ; Pop-Up; Square 4to 9" - 11" tall .
