At some point, you have to look at the predictable, crowded path you are walking and ask yourself: Is this actually my dream, or am I just following the script?
IF It Has To Be, It's Up To Me is a simple, 12-chapter handbook for anyone ready to find the answer. Written from the trenches of a real-life, this fast-paced handbook takes you on a raw, unfiltered journey. From the spiritual chaos and crush of millions at the Mahakumbh, to the breathless, freezing summits of the Himalayas, and to discovering the courage to speak on an international stage, this book shows you what it truly takes to grow.
But the real adventure isn't on a map. It's inside your own head. Packed with direct, point-to-point strategies including the profound 6 phases of meditation and ancient wisdom decoded for the modern grind, this book gives you the exact tools to shatter your comfort zone and design your own blueprint.
The path is waiting. Who is going to walk it? Look in the mirror and finally meet the real you-turn the page. Because, remember, "If it has to be, it's up to me!" And now, it's up to you.
