Paperback. The book for everyone thinking, 'There's got to be more for me than this' You've done everything right: you ticked the boxes and built the life you were supposed to. But instead of satisfaction, there's a voice inside you asking, 'Is this it?' Once upon a time, that feeling might have been labelled a midlife crisis. But it's really just the voice of someone who's been waiting for the right time, the right feeling and the right version of themselves to feel ready. You've been stuck waiting for your real life to begin. Most of us live in that waiting room. More is the book that gets you out. Casey Beros has spent two decades asking questions, interviewing the world's leading experts and high performers on what makes us happier and healthier. Most importantly, she asks: what keeps us from going after what we (really) want? The answer is that you don't need more willpower or discipline, but you do need to understand what's holding you back so you can start moving forward. In More, you'll assess the five areas where we tend to want more: health, success, connection, meaning and time. In each one, you'll use the Life Edit tool to cut through the clutter and give you the courage to finally take action. Not someday. Today. By the end, you'll have more compassion for where you've been, gratitude for where you are and clarity on where you're going. More is your permission slip to go after what you want. You are not behind; you are right on time. And it's time for you to get your version of more. Shipping may be from our Sydney, NSW warehouse or from our UK or US warehouse, depending on stock availability.…
