Hot on the heels of Slide and Find Brown Bear, Brown Bear What Do You See?, is this Slide and Find edition of the final collaboration between Bill Martin Jr and Eric Carle, Panda Bear, Panda Bear, What Do You See?
The author-illustrator team turns their talents to the theme of animal conservation, introducing children to some of the world's most endangered species through Bill Martin Jr's rhythmic, repetitive text and Eric Carle's vibrant images. This Priddy edition is a great way to make story time interactive - on each spread, there is a sliding door for children to open, so they can discover for themselves what the next animal in this engaging story will be.
Encourages multiple early learning skills, including word/picture association, hand-eye coordination, and helps children to learn about the world around them.

About the Author
Eric Carle (1929-2021) was one of America's leading children's book illustrators and authors. Author of more than seventy books, his picture book career started when Bill Martin Jr invited him to create the illustrations for Brown Bear, Brown Bear, What Do You See? That book went on to sell millions of copies worldwide and Eric soon began writing and illustrating his own books, eventually creating the bestselling classic The Very Hungry Caterpillar. Born in the United States, Eric also spent many of his early years in Germany where he studied typography and graphic art at the Academy of Applied Art in Stuttgart.
Carle was the recipient of many honors including the American Library Association's Children's Literature Legacy Award and the Original Art Lifetime Achievement Award from the Society of Illustrators. In addition to writing and illustrating books of his own, he also collaborated on several others, including Bill Martin Jr's Polar Bear, Polar Bear, What Do You Hear?, Isaac Bashevis Singer's Why Noah Chose the Dove, and the Eric Carle and Friends' What's Your Favorite picture book series. The Eric Carle Museum of Picture Book Art, which Carle and his wife Bobbie founded, opened in Amherst, Massachusetts in 2002.

Store description
With 3 stores less than 1 hour outside the DC/Metropolitan area (1 in Gaithersburg, 1 in Frederick and 1 in Hagerstown, MD), we have the largest selection of books in the tri-state area. Wonder Book and Video has been in business since 1980 and online since 1997. We have over 1 Million books for sale on our website and another 1 Million books for sale in our 3 locations. Items on Abe are not necessarily in stock at our retail locations. Please do not call the stores to place orders for Abe Books sales. We have a very active online inventory and as such, we can receive multiple orders for the same item. We fill those orders on a first come first serve basis, but will refund promptly any items that are out of stock. Since 1980 it has always been about the books. ALL kinds of books from 95 cent children's paperbacks to five figure rare and collectibles. A merging of the old and new is where we started, and it is where we are today. Our retail stores have always been places where a reader can rush in looking for a title needed for a term paper that is due the next day, or where bibliophiles can get lost "in the stacks" for as long as they wish. In 2002 USAToday recognized us as "1 of 10 Great Old Bookstores", and we have been featured in numerous other newspaper and TV stories including Washington Post and CSpan. Members ABAA, ILAB.…
