The package consists of the following two books: 1. Lukas Hendricks, BilMoG case studies and examples of practitioners. This book is fully practice-oriented to the innovations of the Commercial Code by the BilMoG. All changes are clearly and clearly compared in all balance sheet items. A before/after comparison in the form of a sample balance sheet for all conceivable legal forms (corporations, partnerships and sole proprietorships) is included as well as an understandable presentation of the ratio of trade to tax balance from 2010. In addition, a special focus is on the necessary notes data, deferred taxes, pension provisions as well as the conversion effects during the transition to the new accounting according to BilMoG. All changes are presented step by step using comprehensive practical examples. Also included are many practical work aids (checklists, comparisons, latency tax rate calculators). 2. Prof. Dr. Klaus Hahn, BilMoG Compact, 3. Overlay The BilMoG includes the largest reform of German accounting law since the introduction of the Accounting Directive Act. In the book, the changes are systematically shown by comparison of the previous and new law according to balance sheet items in the individual and consolidated financial statements. In order to fully demonstrate the scope of the conversions, transitional arrangements as well as differences to accounting in the tax accounting and IFRS are also included.
