In Pacific Salt, Daphne Anne Sotheby invites you into a soothing journey through the California coast and beyond, where wellness is not about perfection or pressure, but about reconnecting with yourself through nature, mindfulness, balance, and peace. Inspired by the calming energy of ocean living, this beautifully written wellness book explores how sunlight, movement, fresh air, nourishing food, meaningful relationships, rest, and emotional balance can gently transform everyday life.
Blending soft reflective prose with practical wellness insights, Pacific Salt explores the healing power of coastal living and how anyone—no matter where they live—can bring that calming, restorative lifestyle into their own daily routines. Through chapters on breathwork, grounding, mindful living, ocean healing, emotional well-being, simplicity, boundaries, and reconnecting with nature, readers are guided toward a healthier and more intentional life.
Inside this inspiring book, you will discover:
- How ocean-inspired living calms the nervous system
- The emotional and physical benefits of slowing down
- Gentle daily rituals that support peace and balance
- How nature helps restore clarity and emotional wellness
- Ways to simplify your life and protect your peace
- The healing connection between mindfulness and the body
- How small daily habits create lasting change over time
Imagine waking up feeling lighter, calmer, and more connected to yourself. Picture slow mornings filled with sunlight, nourishing meals, evening walks, meaningful conversations, and a home that feels peaceful instead of overwhelming. Pacific Salt offers more than wellness advice—it offers a feeling. A return to simplicity. A reminder that healing often begins quietly through the way we choose to live each day.
Whether you live beside the ocean, in the mountains, in a busy city, or far from the coast entirely, this book will help you create a lifestyle rooted in calm, balance, mindfulness, and emotional well-being.
