This book analyzes the need for an ecumenical Christianity. It puts forth the case that there is an urgent need to restudy basic Christian beliefs critically and constructively in the light of the Protestant heritage in the hope that all Christians would come together to form one body. It explores various aspects of Protestant thought and history from an ecumenical viewpoint showing the barriers to achieving ecumenical Christianity. Included are footnotes, a bibliography, and an index. This copy is clean and solid.
